The South African Civil Cooperation Bureau (CCB) was a government-sponsored counterinsurgency during the apartheid era that operated under the authority of Defence Minister General Magnus Malan. The Truth and Reconciliation Committee pronounced the CCB guilty of numerous killings, and suspected more killings.
