CIF का फुल फॉर् Description:
CIF का full form Customer Information File है। हिंदी में सीआईएफ का फुल फॉर्म ग्राहक सूचना फाइल है। Customer Information File (CIF) एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक या डिजिटल फ़ाइल है जो ग्राहक की व्यक्तिगत और खाता जानकारी के बारे में सभी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी संग्रहीत करती है। जिसमें CIF नंबर होता है, CIF नंबर फ़ाइल का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाला एक 11 अंकों का नंबर है, यह प्रत्येक ग्राहक के लिए अद्वितीय है।
सभी ग्राहक के खाते ग्राहक को दिए गए एक CIF नंबर से जुड़े होते हैं। इसलिए यदि आपके पास एक से अधिक खाते हैं, तो भी आपके पास केवल एक CIF नंबर होगा। इसमें ऋण, डीमैट आदि से संबंधित विवरण शामिल हैं। इसमें आपके सभी KYC विवरण जैसे पहचान विवरण, पता विवरण और एक फोटो ID भी शामिल है। इसलिए यह बैंक को आपके सभी खातों की जानकारी एक ही जगह पर आसानी से देखने में मदद करता है। CIF का उपयोग ग्राहकों को विभिन्न उत्पादों और सेवाओं को बेचने और अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्यों में सहायता के लिए भी किया जाता है।
