Answer» What is Residence Hall Association mean? In the United States, a residence halls association (RHA) is a student-run university residence hall organization that is usually (but not always) the parent organization for individual hall governments. Their function is similar to a student government, except that most of their activities pertain to on-campus living. Most RHAs are a division of their student governments — however, a few are independent and equal or greater. Many residence hall associations were created at campuses across the US in the early twentieth century. RHA is the largest student-run organization of its kind in the world. reference | Full Form | Category | | Residence Hall Association | Academic & Science | | Research House of Asia | Academic & Science | | Royal Hibernian Academy | Academic & Science | | Reykholar | Airport Code | | Rhodia | Business | | Residence Halls of America | Business | | Road Haulage Association | Business | | Registered Holstein Ancestry | Business | | Rehabilitative Housing Authority | Business | | Reproductive Health in Asia | Community | | Rental Housing Association | Community | | Residential Housing Association | Community | | Residence Halls Association | Community | | Robin Hood's Army | Community | | Resident Hall Association | Community | | Resident Housing Association | Community | | Residence Housing Association | Community | | Rectangular Hybrid Automaton | Computer Hardware | | Residence Hall Assembly | Computing | | Read Header Area | Computing | | Red Hat Academy | Computing | | Rolled homogeneous armour | General | | Residence Halls | General | | Richard Heath and Associates | General | | Reid and Heath Acoustics | General | | Regional Health Authority | Governmental | | Raleigh Housing Authority | Governmental | | RANAGHAT JN | Indian Railway Station | | Residence Hall Assistant | Jobs | | Rolling Herd Average | Measurement Unit | | Recombinant Human Albumin | Medical | | Right Hepatic Artery | Medical | | The RHAs were abolished–along with Family Health Services Authorities and the District Health Authorities–in 1995, and their duties taken over by the Health Authority, a body which in turn was buried in 2002 with the living bits taken on by the Strategic Health Authorities, which face the firing squad in 2013. | Medical | | Residential Habilitation Aide | Medical | | Royal Horse Artillery | Military and Defence | | Rolled Homogeneous Armor | Military and Defence | | Roller Hockey Alliance | Sports |
