The school was founded in Brussels on 4 April 1992 and all programmes are validated by Middlesex University in the United Kingdom. as an ASBL (non-profit organisation). All programmes in its European campuses are taught in English while the Shanghai campus programmes are taught in Chinese. Both the MBA and Bachelor programmes have been revamped and modernised in 2021 so as to deliver programmes which follow 3 major axes: Globalisation, Digitalisation and Global Corporate Citizenship.
