The Georgia Governor's Honors Program (commonly referred to as "GHP") is a summer educational program in the state of Georgia, in the United States. It is a four-week (formerly six-week prior to 2011, and originally eight-week) summer instructional program for intellectually gifted and artistically talented high school students of Georgia.

Rising juniors and seniors in Georgia's public and private high schools may be nominated for the free program by their teachers. The program's entire cost is covered by the state of Georgia. The Governor's Honors Program began in 1964 with 400 participants and was hosted at Wesleyan College. It took place at Valdosta State University from 1980 through 2016 (sometimes cohosted at North Georgia College in Dahlonega), but relocated in 2017 to Berry College in Rome, Georgia.

There is no cost to attend GHP for students. Tuition, room, and board are covered under appropriations made by the Georgia General Assembly. However, students are asked to bring basic school supplies (binders, notebook paper, notebooks, pens, etc.) for class. GHP is an ungraded summer program. Students are not required to take any exit exams or standardized tests regarding major courses of study. Credits are not issued for completion of the program. Students that complete the entire four weeks of study receive a certificate of completion.

Fall River Public Schools (FRPS) is a school district headquartered in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Thanks to a long-term effort on the part of the city, the school system has been involved in a consolidation effort, bringing the total number of elementary schools down from twenty-eight as recently as the 1990s to nine today: Spencer Borden Elementary in the southern Highlands, John J. Doran Elementary in the downtown area, Mary L. Fonseca Elementary in the Flint, William S. Greene Elementary near the city's center, Alfred S. Letourneau in the Maplewood neighborhood, Frank M. Silvia Elementary in the far North End, James Tansey Elementary in the middle Highlands, Carlton M. Viveiros Elementary in the South End, and Samuel Watson Elementary in the lower Flint. The city has one public high school, B.M.C. Durfee High School. The school was founded in 1886, replacing an older high school. The original grand school building was a gift of Mrs. Mary B. Young, in the name of Bradford Matthew Chaloner Durfee, her late son, whose name also graces a dormitory at Yale University. The current school building was opened in 1978, and it was recently announced that a replica of the Durfee Chimes, the original school's red-capped bell tower, will be recreated on the grounds.

Durfee's teams wear black and red (in honor of the old school's black roof and red observatory dome and tower spire), and are called the Hilltoppers, sometimes shortened to Toppers. The nickname dates back to the old school's perch on top of the hill north of the Quequechan River. The school is a member of the Big Three Conference, where it competes with Brockton High School and its longtime natural rival, New Bedford High School.

Charles Hays Secondary School (CHSS) is a public secondary school located in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada. The school serves a student population of approximately 700 students in grades 9 to 12. Besides the usual complement of academic and fine arts courses, CHSS offers extracurricular sports and opportunities for students to become involved with their community.

The school was opened in 1992 at its present location, replacing the antiquated Booth Memorial Junior Secondary School. The school is named after Charles Melville Hays, president of the Grand Trunk Railway and founder of Prince Rupert. The railway was the primary reason for the founding of Prince Rupert.

The school is the only high school in Prince Rupert, and it is run by School District #52, which is the public school district of the area near Prince Rupert British Columbia.

From its opening in 1992 until June 2005, the school's principal was Skip Cronck. After Cronck's retirement, vice-principal Sandra Jones took over the role until she became superintendent. Sheila Wells, the former principal of the now closed Prince Rupert Secondary School, held the position of principal for two years until 2013, when she was succeeded by Sandy Pond.
