Aqua Teen Hunger Force (also known by various alternative titles), sometimes abbreviated as ATHF or Aqua Teen, is an American adult animated television series created by Dave Willis and Matt Maiellaro for Cartoon Network's late night programming block, Adult Swim. It is about the surreal adventures and antics of three anthropomorphic fast food items: Master Shake, Frylock, and Meatwad, who live together as roommates and frequently interact with their human next-door neighbor, Carl Brutananadilewski.

It was created as a spin-off series of Space Ghost Coast to Coast. The show had its first broadcast as a stealth airing in the early hours of December 30, 2000, and later made its official series debut as a member of Adult Swim's initial lineup in September 2001. Every episode was written and directed by Willis and Maiellaro, who also provided several voices. Seasons 8–11 were each given a different alternative title, accompanied by different theme music, as a running joke. The series ended on August 30, 2015, with a total of 139 episodes over the course of 11 seasons.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, a film adaptation of the series, was released in theaters on April 13, 2007, the first adaptation of an Adult Swim series into a feature-length film. A sequel was confirmed to be in development on the official Adult Swim social media accounts on May 12, 2021. The series airs in broadcast syndication outside the United States and has been released on various DVD sets and other forms of home media, including video on demand streaming. It was the longest-running Adult Swim series until it was surpassed by Robot Chicken.

All My Heroes Are Cornballs is the third studio album by American rapper JPEGMafia, released on September 13, 2019 by EQT Recordings. After the release of his record Veteran (2018), he began recording tracks for its follow-up, with a total of around 93 songs by 2019. He handled the production, mixing and mastering in his home studio. The album features guest appearances from Abdu Ali, Helena Deland and Buzzy Lee, as well as additional vocals by Refined Sugar, Vegyn and Young Emoji. Vegyn also serves as a co-producer on one track.

An avant-garde experimental hip hop and punk rap album, All My Heroes Are Cornballs draws influences from experimental pop, glitch hop, ambient, noise and industrial music. It has a smoother and more melodic sound than its predecessor, employing uncommon song structures, extensive sampling, and a variety of vocal techniques such as rapping, screaming and singing, often in falsetto. Thematically, the album is personal, introspective, and presented in a stream of consciousness form, touching on the Internet culture, prejudice, political issues and JPEGMafia's newfound fame.

All My Heroes Are Cornballs was promoted as a "disappointment" with videos released on the rapper's YouTube, along with two singles: "Jesus Forgive Me, I Am a Thot" and "Beta Male Strategies". It was supported by the JPEGMafia Type Tour, which began in North America on October 14, 2019 and ended in Europe on July 6, 2020. Upon release, All My Heroes Are Cornballs received widespread acclaim from critics, with many highlighting the humorous, sarcastic lyrical content, as well as praising its detailed and chaotic production; some of them deemed it superior to Veteran, and it was placed in numerous publications' year-end lists. The album debuted at number 105 on the Billboard 200, becoming JPEGMafia's first entry in the chart.

The Abu Dhabi Film Festival (ADFF; Arabic: مهرجان أبو ظبي السينمائي‎), formerly the Middle East International Film Festival, was an international film festival which started in 2007. The event was held annually in October in the city of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ADFF aimed to showcase the best films from the region alongside standout productions from prominent international filmmakers. Since 2012, the festival had been part of the Abu Dhabi Media Zone Authority, specifically under Media Zone Events and powered by its partner company, twofour54. It was officially scrapped after eight versions in 2015.

The African Diaspora Film Festival was founded in 1992 by Diarah N’Daw-Spech and her husband Reinaldo Barroso-Spech.It is based in New York City and brings their films from Europe, Latin America, Asia and, of course, Africa. All films screened in over 15 years wanted to show how Africans, people of African descent and black people all over the world live and face reality. Themes are related to history (colonialism, independence, contemporary issues), politics (current affairs, migration, refugees, war) social problems (poverty, access to water, discrimination) and culture (music, dance, traditions, food).

Since 1992 it takes place every year in Manhattan, between the end of November and the middle of December. Usually it opens with a major film, directed by a well-known black filmmaker or featuring famous actors. Then, for two weeks a very articulate program follows: it is divided into sections (films from the same country, the same director or focusing on the same topic) and often directors and actors come to the screening to talk to the audience about their film. The program includes screening of feature films and documentaries, panel discussions, meetings with filmmakers and some special event where people interested in sharing aspects and ideas of the black culture can meet and talk.

During the rest of the year the African Diaspora Film Festival moves to in different places to keep promoting the African culture knowledge. A selection of films is shown in Brooklyn, New York City at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and in New Jersey. An important number of films is also shown in Curaçao, in the middle of a traditional African context.

Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc. (株式会社ソニー・ミュージックエンタテインメント, Kabushiki gaisha Sonī Myūjikku Entateinmento), often abbreviated as SMEJ or simply SME, and also known as Sony Music Japan for short (stylized as SonyMusic), is a Japanese music arm for Sony. SMEJ is directly owned by Sony Group Corporation and is operating independently from the United States-based Sony Music Entertainment due to its strength in the Japanese music industry. Its subsidiaries include the Japanese animation production enterprise, Aniplex, which was established in September 1995 as a joint-venture between Sony Music Entertainment Japan and Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan, but which in 2001 became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment Japan. It was prominent in the early to mid '90s producing and licensing music for animated series such as Roujin Z from acclaimed Japanese comic artist Katsuhiro Otomo and Capcom's Street Fighter animated series.

Until March 2007, Sony Music Japan also had its own North American sublabel, Tofu Records. Releases of Sony Music Japan now appear on Columbia Records and/or Epic Records in North America.

Sony does not have the trademark rights to the Columbia name in Japan, so releases under Columbia Records from another country appears on Sony Records in Japan, but retains the usage of the "walking eye" logo. The Columbia name and trademark is controlled by Nippon Columbia, which was, in fact, the licensee for the American Columbia Records up until 1968, even though relations were officially severed as far back as World War II. Nippon Columbia also does not have direct relations with the British Columbia Graphophone Company (an EMI subsidiary), so the licensee for the British Columbia Graphophone Company was actually Toshiba Musical Industries.

With Sony Corporation of America's buyout of Bertelsmann's stake in Sony BMG, Sony Music Entertainment Japan stepped in to acquire outstanding shares of BMG Music Japan from Sony BMG, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Music Japan.
