Korea Electric Power Corporation (NYSE: KEP, KRX: 015760), better known as KEPCO (Hangul: 켑코) or Hanjeon (Hangul: 한전), is the largest electric utility in South Korea,responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity and the development of electric power projects including those in nuclear power, wind power and coal. The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC; Latvian: Eiropas Elektronisko komunikāciju regulatoru iestāde, EEKRE; German: Gremium Europäischer Regulierungsstellen für elektronische Kommunikation, GEREK), based in Riga (Latvia), is the regulating agency of the telecommunication market in the European Union. It was created by the Telecoms Package which was passed in September 2009.

BEREC includes national regulatory authorities (NRAs) on its board and an administrative staff including Community officials. The budget will be €5.5 million. BEREC will issue opinions on market definitions and remedies proposed by NRAs.

The Pacific Ocean is the largest and deepest of Earth's oceanic divisions. It extends from the Arctic Ocean in the north to the Southern Ocean (or, depending on definition, to Antarctica) in the south and is bounded by the continents of Asia and Australia in the west and the Americas in the east.

The American Canadian Grand Lodge AF&AM (ACGL) arose initially from Square and Compass clubs founded by US and Canadian Masons serving in occupied postwar Germany. Many of these received charters from North American Grand Lodges to establish Masonic Lodges. They were the first or among the first internationally recognized Masonic Lodges operating in Germany since 1933. In 1954, the first American Lodge sought and was granted a warrant by a native German Grand Lodge, and during the next year, the number expanded to nine, becoming an American District under the United Grand Lodge (now the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Germany (GL AFuAMvD)). Differences in language and ritual, mutually recognised, led to the establishment of first a provincial Grand Lodge, then an independent American Canadian Grand Lodge in Germany.

The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) was a body of the United Nations that was established to prosecute the war crimes that had been committed during the Yugoslav Wars and to try their perpetrators. The tribunal was an ad hoc court located in The Hague, Netherlands.

It was established by Resolution 827 of the United Nations Security Council, which was passed on 25 May 1993. It had jurisdiction over four clusters of crimes committed on the territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991: grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions, violations of the laws or customs of war, genocide, and crimes against humanity. The maximum sentence that it could impose was life imprisonment. Various countries signed agreements with the UN to carry out custodial sentences.

A total of 161 persons were indicted; the final indictments were issued in December 2004, the last of which were confirmed and unsealed in the spring of 2005. The final fugitive, Goran Hadžić, was arrested on 20 July 2011. The final judgment was issued on 29 November 2017 and the institution formally ceased to exist on 31 December 2017.

Residual functions of the ICTY, including oversight of sentences and consideration of any appeal proceedings initiated since 1 July 2013, are under the jurisdiction of a successor body, the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT).
