CDPO: Child Development Project Officer

The acronym CDPO stands for “Child Development Project Officer.” CDPO is the District level officer in the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) department and he is the key functionary of the ICDS. Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) is responsible for the organization and administration of services and implementation of this scheme at the field level.

Eligibility
  • Must possess a Degree of Home Science or Social Work or Sociology of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act, or a State Act or an institution recognized by University Grants Commission.
  • Minimum 18 years & Maximum 34 years.
